What is MW Tiles?

MW Tiles is a collection of five procedural OSL shaders for 3ds Max that generate tile patterns entirely in the shader - no baked textures, no UV headaches. The collection covers Advanced Tiles (rectangular, running bond and chevron layouts with a built-in preset system), Herringbone, Hex Tiles with shape multipliers, Voronoi-based Stone Tiles for irregular flagstone paving, and Ashlar Tiles for randomized coursed masonry.

Every shader shares a consistent feature set: grout width and depth control, tile and grout bump falloff curves, per-tile colour randomization across hue, saturation and value, edge wear simulation, corner rounding, and a standard set of outputs (Col, Bump, TileMask, Index, UV, TileRot) that wire directly into any material channel. Compatible with any renderer that supports OSL - V-Ray, Corona, Arnold, Redshift, Octane and others.
